Dear professionals from the academic community (professors, researchers, students), pedagogical institutes, and other relevant institutions,
We are pleased to invite you to join an online training as part of the project “Connecting the Dots 2 – Enhancing Children’s Participation in Decision-Making for Improved Child Rights and Democracy in BiH,” implemented by World Vision BH Foundation and the Association Our Children Sarajevo, in partnership with the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH, and supported by the European Union.
One of the key outcomes of this project is the revision of the Ethical Code for Research with and about Children in BiH, a document that ensures the protection of children’s personal integrity in research processes. The revised Code, developed by one of its authors, Prof. Dr. Elmedin Muratbegović, was created through a broad consultation process with experts, institutions, children, and youth.
Why participate?
- Familiarize yourself with the latest amendments and recommendations in the Ethical Code.
- Exchange experiences and practical dilemmas with colleagues from across BiH.
- Actively contribute to improving research standards and protecting children.
- Become part of a network of experts promoting an ethical approach to research with and about children.
We invite you to join one of the upcoming online sessions, where Prof. Muratbegović will present the revised Code and provide space for discussion and your questions. Details and links for the first two online sessions are:
