Dear professionals from educational institutions and civil society organizations,
We continue our online training as part of the project “Connecting the Dots 2.0 – Advancing Child Participation in Decision Making for Enhanced Child Rights and Democracy in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” implemented by the World Vision BH Foundation and the Association Naša djeca Sarajevo, in partnership with the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH, with support from the European Union.
The Ethical Code for Research With and About Children in BiH, a document that ensures the protection of the child’s personal integrity during research processes, has been revised with the active involvement of representatives from relevant institutions, children, and youth. Recognizing the crucial role and protection of children in research, our goal is to familiarize as many stakeholders as possible with the Code, its revised version, and its application.
We invite you to join us for online sessions scheduled for June 2, 2025, during which esteemed Prof. Muratbegović will present the revised version of the Code. This will also be an opportunity to share your experiences and initiate a discussion on the implementation of the Code at all levels and on the protection of children’s rights in research.
We sincerely hope you will be able to join us so that together we can build a safe environment for all children. The link to join is attached.
