Become part of the Regional Advisory Team of Children and Youth for Southeast Europe, operating within the Global Campus of Human Rights – a network bringing together more than 200 children and young people from around the world, including South America, the Arab world, Asia-Pacific, Central Asia, Africa, Central and Southeast Europe.
About Our Team
Our current team consists of 25 members aged 12–17 and 5 youth members aged 18–22.
CHILDREN AND YOUTH actively collaborate with regional project coordinators from the Global Campus Children’s Rights Department as equal partners, where their proposals and ideas are truly valued and implemented into real projects! 💡
What Does Membership Bring You?
🔹 Monthly online meetings (9 months per year) with peers from the region, where we discuss important topics for children and youth together.
🔹 Opportunities to participate in international projects and present ideas at global events.
🔹 Involvement in global campaigns, such as initiatives against cyberbullying and for mental health protection – our team presented a project in Venice in 2024, which is now being implemented!
🔹 Work on topics like climate change and the right to education through the YouCare project, where participants gain knowledge and certificates.
🔹 New opportunities to learn research methods, write articles, and possibly publish your work!
🔹 In 2025–2027, we plan to cover topics such as:
▪️ Children’s rights in prisons in the Balkans
▪️ Global youth consultations on drug use prevention
▪️ Artificial intelligence and children’s rights
▪️ Participation in global decision-making
