Creativity Zone: An Idea That Lives On

In this video, Ajla, a former member of the Student Council of the Tuzla Medical High School, talks about how the “Creativity Zone” initiative transformed a once-neglected school canteen into a space that students now truly consider their own. Through working together to redesign the space and participating in numerous workshops, young people developed new knowledge and skills while demonstrating that they can be active agents of change within their school.

What is particularly inspiring is that the “Creativity Zone” has become a place for socializing, learning, and generating new ideas for more than 1,200 students, leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.

The initiative was implemented as part of the project “Connecting the Dots 2 – Advancing Child Participation in Decision-Making for Improved Child Rights and Democracy in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, implemented by the World Vision BH Foundation and the Our Children Association Sarajevo, in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with financial support from the European Union.
